Molchanovs Wave 2 Course
Molchanovs Wave 2 Course
The Molchanovs Wave 2 Advanced Freediver course builds on foundational skills, allowing divers to dive up to 30 meters and improve techniques such as no-fins and introduce the technique of monofin diving. Students learn freediving history, advanced physics concepts (Dalton’s and Henry’s laws), and how these impact the body. The course includes deeper breathing education, Frenzel equalization drills, and mindfulness techniques for mental preparation. Safety training is enhanced with advanced rescue techniques and guidance on preventing injuries, blackouts, and decompression illness. This course combines technical, physical, and mental skills to help participants advance in freediving safely and effectively.
