Elle

Owner · Molchanovs instructor

Aloha! I'm Elle. Funny enough, I grew up in a desert. But that never stopped me from finding the water and somewhere to dive. Diving since I was 12 years old and swimming before I could walk, my life has always revolved around the water.

I moved to Hawaii in 2019 to finish college, earning a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. While finishing my degree, I pursued my passion of freediving, which eventually lead to where we are now- Sunken!

As an instructor for the Molchanovs freediving agency and training all around the world, I have come to know and love freediving with everything I have. You gain a self discipline and tap into another realm of existence impossible to find anywhere else other than deep in the ocean. Besides freediving itself, teaching and sharing it is my favorite thing in the world.

My goal as your instructor is to help your dives feel easy and relaxed, but also push your limits. Safety is a byproduct of the education you'll receive, and I am stoked to deliver the training needed to meet your goals!

Kiley

Swim instructor

Aloha! I'm Kiley. I was born down the road in Kahuku, and spent most of my childhood years moving around. Regardless of where I lived, water has always been a big part of my life.

It connects me to who I am and brings me peace. Because I was so drawn to the water when I was young, swimming quickly became very important to me. I joined swim team when I was young, then became a lifeguard and swim instructor as soon as I could.

I love the water and believe swimming is not only a life skill, but also a beautiful way we can connect to ourselves and the earth. I am so excited to help teach the children in our community to be confident in the water and develop a relationship with the water that is rooted in safety, respect, and fun!

Swim instructor

Aloha! I'm Kaley. Living in Hawaii has given me endless opportunities to explore and fall in love with the ocean. When I'm not in the water, you'll usually find me playing with my two mermaids, searching for shells along the beach, or making tacos.

The ocean has always been a place of joy, adventure, and connection for me. I love helping others build confidence in the water while discovering just how fun and empowering it can be. Whether it's a babies very first time putting their face in the water or a kiddo ready to take their skills to the next level, there's nothing more rewarding than watching that confidence grow.

I am committed to creating a safe, encouraging environment where all swimmers can challenge themselves, celebrate their progress, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the water. I can't wait to share that experience with you.
