Sunken LLC ("Sunken," "we," "us") operates swim lessons, teams, and freediving programs on the North Shore of Oahu. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you use our website and booking app.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored securely), swimmer names and birthdates.
- Booking and waiver data: lesson types, schedules, signed waivers, and payment confirmations.
- Communications: messages you send us and confirmations or reminders we send you.
- Technical data: basic logs from our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance.
How we use it
- Schedule lessons, send confirmations, and 24-hour reminders.
- Manage your account, packages, and family swimmers.
- Respond to contact form messages and course waitlist signups.
- Improve our services and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., email, SMS, payment processing) under contract, or when required by law.
Security
We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS, access controls for staff accounts, and minimal data retention. No system is 100% secure; contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing elle@sunkenfreediving.com. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time; transactional messages about bookings may still be sent.
Children
Parents or guardians create accounts and book on behalf of children. We collect only what is needed to run lessons safely (names, ages, waiver signatures).
